Breakfast was very good--liked the various selections.
Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well cared for.
No blankets on bed or available in room. Only a top sheet and a thin thing like a mattress cover. Pillows were very lumpy. Sheets and some towels were dingy--add some bleach!
Snack vending machine was almost completely empty entire time I was there.

The room was very big and so clean! The bed was comfortable and it was so quiet. We had traveled all week and this was the best place we stayed . We had a room close to the elevator which made it easier for us older people. Excellent choice for us.
The water in the lobby that had lemon in it for the guests was nasty. It was not cold and we weren't able to drink it. Add healthier options to breakfast.

The location was right off the freeway, perfect for an overnight on a roadtrip up to Montana. The room was clean and spacious.

When we first arrived, we used the bathroom in our room and opened the toilet and the toilet seat was cracked in half. I went to the front desk and showed them the picture and they got it fixed within the 1/2 hour. I later took a shower and the bottles of soap, conditioner, and shampoo that were located in the shower were all but empty. I mentioned it to the front desk on our way out for the night and she gave me a cup with little containers of soap, conditioner, and shampoo.
The fridge made a high pitch noise all the time, but felt as if we were already complaining a lot so didn't mention it to them.
Went out of town away from the hotel on the 5th like we were planning on. About 10:30 in the morning I received a phone call from the hotel, wondering when I was going to be checking out. I told them we have a two night reservation. They told me I only have one night. They asked if I had the reservation, I pulled it up and it was for two nights. They told me I will need to contact booking.com because that is where I booked it through because they only have one night. They told me not to worry about anything until we got back to the hotel. About a half hour later, I received notification from my bank saying the hotel charged me another $50. I called them back about it and they told me that they went ahead and tried to charge me for the second night. I told them I have already paid and have the reservation and receipt. They told me that booking.com only paid the hotel for one night and only have the one night reservation and I needed to pay for the second night. I told them that they had just told me to sort it out when I returned to the hotel. They told me that they needed to be paid for the second night. I dealt with that stress all day until we returned to the hotel that night. I stopped at the front desk and they asked to see the reservation. I showed them the two night reservation. They told me I needed to contact booking.com because they only received one night reservation and only one night virtual card. I then told them I tried to find a number for booking.com and couldn't find a customer service phone number, asked them if they had any way of getting ahold of booking.com. They asked to see my phone again with the reservation and she showed me the spot where it has the phone number and pointed it out. I said that is to contact the hotel, isn't that your phone number. She affirmed.
