The location of the B & B was very convenient. Within walking distance of several restaurants and historical sites. It was also very close to the Visitor's Center for the National Park.
The room was smaller than I expected and the bathing facilities were not convenient or safe for people of our age. To take a shower you need to climb into a claw foot bathtub, no handrails, nothing to hold on to if you slipped. The shower curtain went around the tub but it clung to you while you tried to shower. Very scary. There was really no space in the bedroom to open two suitcases. Also, the window air conditioner was so loud it woke you up at night. If you wanted to watch tv, the volume had to be turned way up to drown out the noisy air conditioner.
