Full breakfast with eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls, etc all hot and fresh!

Parking could have been a bit better. No guide lines so people parked however and they ran out of parking!

Breakfast was excellent as well as hotel amenities. It would be nice if breakfast started earlier than 7 but other than that I have no complaints.

I had booked my stay and paid for it at least a week in advance. When I arrived at the hotel I checked in and headed to my assigned room. Once parking my car I couldn't get into the back door where I parked where my key card should have worked but did not causing me to carry all my belongings around to the front of the hotel just to make entry to get to my room. Upon entering my room the air conditioning was broken and it was at least 80 degrees in the room as well as the bed not being made and no bedding to be found. Apparently a work order for the room was in place for the air conditioning but nobody verified that the air was working before putting me in that room. I then had to carry all my belongings back down to the lobby to notify staff of the conditions which is when I was told about the work order and I should have never been put in that room to begin with. The girl at the desk then had to make a series of phone calls in order to facilitate me being moved to another room because the hotel was completely sold out for the weekend. All of the phone calls and room switching took about an hour before we finally made it to our room. It all ended up working out but kind of frustrating after me working ten and a half hours that day and then checking in and having nowhere to go for about an hour. Especially frustrating when I was told about the work order for the air conditioning and nobody verified everything was in working condition before sending a customer to the room. Apparently because of this another customer who had booked more recently than me was called and told he no longer had a room because of this issue. I can guarantee he was just as frustrated as I was with the lack of due diligence to be sure everything was in working order. I just found night time hotel front desk worker was very unprofessional about the whole situation.

Clean and comfortable and good breakfast

We did not stay. My daughter is a nurse and was called into work. The lady at the front desk didnt offer any type of discount.

All the locks are the door was a bit alarming.
