Everything! It is an older smaller motel with no bells and whistles BUT, the service is awesome, have stayed many times and have become friends with the owners. Price was fantastic! Very clean and right in Savannah Tennessee downtown.

It was very nice. Staff was kind and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet. I felt safe and relaxed.
Everything was good. It doesn’t offer Breakfast, but that didn’t bother us.

The bed was comfortable. That's about it.
The rating was excellent. A total miss representation. I'm sure it was family and friends that wrote the reviews. Anyone who has spent any time on the road staying in hotels would never rate this facility as excellent!!! Way overpriced. Standard old motel sized room. Just enough space for the bed and a bathroom that is 7tf. x 5ft. with toilet, tub and sink crammed in that area. Pay the same price and stay at a Comfort Suite.
