Comfortable bed and easy check-in (was called to confirm check-in time and since it was a later time, they let me check-in over the phone so all I had to do was grab the key). It’s backed up right against the forest so it had a beautiful view in the morning.
Running toilet but thankfully I travel with a sound machine just in case. While taking my small dog out in the morning, my son stepped in someone’s massive dogs poop — the shoes were not salvageable. When I leaned down to get my own dogs poop I noticed a variety of dogs poop left behind… this speaks only of the inconsiderate dog owner and not the hotel itself. I would maybe recommend they put a dog poop bag dispenser by the grassy overlook in the back right corner to maybe encourage the lazy dog owners to potentially clean up their own mess. Just a thought.

Mike, front desk is very helpful, gave us all the tips for local sighseeings. Microwave is setup outside, but operates well. A bit inconvenient, but no big deal. Mike gave us plates, bowls for our food. Much appreciated.

Beautiful flowers, nestled among the pines. Little benches you could sit on outside to enjoy the weather. We dealt with a very pleasant staff member, Stephanie.
It needs a little more updating. No thermostat in the room to set for our comfort. Very uncomfortable chairs. And no hot water that lasted through a short shower!
