Horrible

Basically everything. The lights didn’t stay on when we needed them to or stay off when we “turned” them off. They would flicker on and off constantly making it extremely hard to sleep. Also the water had no in between with temperature. It was either scolding hot or ice cold. The cover on the floor that divided the area where the sink was and the bathroom wasn’t even attached and kept sliding off. The door didn’t stay locked and wouldn’t close all the way so cold air was seeping into the room while we slept which caused the ac/heater turning on every 5 minutes. Then when we came back from having a long day we were charged extra money due to inconsistent communication of the app that was used for the booking and the system the hotel uses. When the reservation was made it was said that there 2 adults and 2 children ages 15 and 12 staying in the room. Nowhere in the process of booking did it say that kids over the age of 11 would be considered as adults and the attendee was accusing us of being in the wrong and that it was our fault and wanted proof of the kids ages. So 11$ was charged again to the card for the price difference that was apparently our fault for having wrong.

Do not stay here! The website lies and they refuse refunds for the lies they tell on it!

The bedding hadn’t been cleaned from the people before and you could tell from the hair and food in the sheets even though they made the bed!!! The tub was nasty even had lipstick in it. Towels were gross and looked as if they just reused them from the people before bc there was lipstick on those also! The lock on the door isn’t not anything anyone should feel safe, ur basically praying u hear the flip lock catch if someone were to try to open the door, the maid does not knock before coming into the rooms!!! The site says u get all these things when you stay there such as coffee and so forth not a slum motel that rents by the hour are nicer than this one!

It was very small bed and dirty everywhere

Didn't offer breakfast and place was so dirty I wouldn't have eaten it

Shower was gross. Room smelled horrible and dirty. Employee yelled about backing in toward door while we were unloading bags.

They could have done better especially for the price

I don’t really know.

There were holes in blankets, paint falling off the walls into the tub, no appliances, no soaps, dirty rags and bar soap, stuff spilled in the heater etc…

- coffee is available in provided cups at reception desk in the morning

- motel is already pretty run down - room needs to be cleaner - most walls have cracks - quite noisy throughout the night as it is right off Eisenhower Hwy - the nice pics from Google Info must be really old by now - I don't understand why it's rated as a 3 star hotel. It's not at all

Passable

Bed was comfy. Shower had decent pressure and water was hot.

Staff was borderline rude. Wouldn't let me use cash for pet deposit, the fact that I had to pay a deposit at motel 6 is ridiculous, when there was already marks on the doors and walls.

A place to lay your head...

Quit, water was hot

No refrigerator and wasn't cleaned properly. Food on the wall tub was dirty.

The price was fair.

Requested non smoking and was given non smoking BUT as soon as you open the door to the room your hit with cigarette smell. The sheets had holes and were dingy white color... the door had spots that weren't sealed so Flys were able to fly in.

Don't Stay Here

Absolutely nothing except that they agreed to let me out of my reservation for the rest of the week.

This was the most stinking filthy place I have ever stayed. Safety hazards from loose, protruding, boards on walkways, caked dirt on air vent, broken mirror. The staff was very unfriendly and aloof.

The front desk agent called me a liar when I told them there was no soap and asked them to bring it to the room. ( I was naked in the shower)
