It was very clean and our room was so spacious and very nice.

if we were in another room, it would have been an exceptional stay

very clean, bathroom was very spacious, beds we’re comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

the room we were put in #112 was in a terrible location. It was right next to the front desk and also the back door so we heard noise all the time. had to ask the front desk person to shut the music off so we could try to sleep.

Comfortable, but road noise was bothersome.

Liked the breakfast, except coffee was very weak. Beds were comfortable. Carpet was swept. Had a small refrigerator.

Asked for a "quiet" room, and was given one facing the interstate, so there was a constant humming of traffic noise. The bathroom floor was sticky ... when housekeeping dropped off clean towels, she sprayed a room deodorizer in the bathroom (don't know why, she didn't stay more than 15 seconds) which made it worse.

Pretty good value for an off the highway hotel. Very clean.

Very clean property, great staff. Breakfast was mediocre at best but it was free, better than nothing. They did have a good selection of different types of items from cereal to baked goods, eggs, meats, yogurt and some fruit as well as a waffle maker. In the room the bathroom was a good size and the bath products were nice and had a pleasant scent. Towels and sheets were clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

The breakfast food was really bland, even the bacon had no flavor and the eggs were kind of spongy and not great. The pillows were really hard and overstuffed with no give to them. The windows are not very sound proof and the highway is so loud we could hear it.

I felt the price was a bit high for the smaller room. Otherwise everything was good. The reservation was not sent to the hotel correctly so they had to find it, but did let us check in while they worked on it.

Clean and staff friendly and prompt

Hot tub not open, leaky toilet and shower didn’t drain. No electricity on checkout morning and had to carry everything down 3 flights of stairs.

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff; will be even better when surrounding construction's done.

Hampton Inn's have good mattresses & pillows, & good breakfasts. The employees are friendly & welcoming. It's close to an Applebee restaurant, & to an Outback Steakhouse.

Construction work is near & on same street, but will make this hotel even nicer/better, when finished. Also, we stayed in the same Queen room 2 nts in 2 wks, & the AC/heater unit needs a new filter or cleaning, because my allergies were activated both nights.

Staff is friendly, welcoming. Breakfast is excellent, generous. A lot/construction around the site detracts now, but will improve this Hotel when completed. The AC/Heating unit needs a new filter or vacuuming, because by morning my allergies were activated. That's the only reason why I downgraded it.
