I didn't have the breakfast but the location was perfect.
Maybe update the towels.

Sorry, I got these two boxes reversed!

Disappointing breakfast. No tea, only coffee.
Spread on opposite sides of room.
Sugar water colored orange instead of real Orange juice.
Only sugary cinnamon bun alternative to white bread, cereal also high-sugar.
Dining area very crowded. For the price, there should have also been yogurt and eggs offered.
Host asked us to maintain quiet when we arrived, but through the evening other guests were quite noisy.
This is what I liked--
Mini lounge on second floor. (One chair,table,and lamp)
Beautiful plants inside and roses outside.
Host gave us room with two beds and bunk beds as well.

The front desk folks were very friendly and polite. The bedding was clean and sage green which was kind of fun, the room was no frills, the A/C worked.
The tub floor was discolored. I think clean, but just not white at all which made it look dirty. There were many areas where the newer paint patches did not match the old paint making it more evident. The curtains were not properly on the hooks. The cord for the lamp was kept off the floor by having it wrapped around a door handle of adjoining room. None of this a deal breaker, just gave it a feeling of needing more attention. Breakfast was white bread for toasting (no wheat, no bagel), name-brand prewrapped small cinnamon rolls and two kinds of cold cereal.
