Probably will not stay again.

Staff was OK.

For an extended place there were no housewares at all to be used and you needed to buy them. Crazy! Also there was no housekeeping service only once a week. Very disappointing. You could not even pay them to come up and change the bedsheets and towels. You need to come down and pay for a swap of sheets to put on yourself.

The front desk staff has limited daytime hours. This place is just party central. People up all night screaming and slamming doors. No way to sleep. And you cannot call front desk to complain, no staff at the hotel. I asked for 2 extra towels and they were going to charge me extra. The staff was all rude and have no idea what is going on. They no longer serve free breakfast, however when I booked the room it showed that they do. Worst stay ever. Now a long day and a long drive tomorrow on no sleep.

Somewhat affordable and had rooms available when most other hotels didn’t.

Pretty much everything. The woman checking us in told us we couldn’t do anything we used to do here which was strange because we’d never stayed there before. They don’t give you breakfast they don’t give you coffee they don’t provide anything in the room for you and you have to take out your own trash. Gave us the wrong size bed. TV didn’t work. 20 bucks for decent wifi.

Buyer Beware

This location is severely understaffed and it shows. Upon arrival at 5pm there were several people waiting to check in to rooms that were not ready yet. The overworked staff was understandably not in the best frame of mind but trying their hardest to be polite (just barely making it). Although the website still says breakfast is available, it is not. "Brand new policy" in place that means no breakfast, sheets and towels are now only changed once every TWO weeks unless you pay an additional fee, and there is absolutely no cutlery, glasses, or anything whatsoever in the kitchenette. Also to note, the air conditioner makes a horrendous racquet and there is not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. I also could not get the TV to work.

Great value, clean rooms, and the staff were kind, friendly and helpful

Convenient location to U of M and local attractions. The room was near clean & comfortable. The staff that I did encounter were great!

The exterior of the property could use some care in weeding, parking lot clean up, and it would be nice to have a staff person on site at all times for safety, security, and assistance. Being in the first floor as a woman who noted her window had been damaged/tampered with from the outside was concerning.

Decent value with expected budget caveats

Staff was nice, and the room was what we expected for the price

The front desk closed at 10pm, so we had to call for the night attendant to let us check in at 11pm. The Wi-Fi is only free for the first device. The rooms were clean (bathroom and bedding) with the exception of blood stains in the carpet next to both sides of the bed.

Run away!

We chose this location due to its proximity to Michigan Stadium.

It was filthy. They didn't have our reservation but the front desk worker did her best to find other accomodations for us. We ended up getting a pull out couch (that had mouse droppings in it) instead of a second queen.

Very disturbing, had to buy cleaning supplies to feel comfortable at all.

Kitchen counters were not clean (crumbs, food remnants), plates and mugs were chipped, lamps non-functional.

Terrible, dirty

the only positive of a terrible experience was that front desk staff was empathetic.

terrible, room was not in good shape, old, dated, dirty. I went to make the pull out bed, only to find dirty socks, bottle caps and tons of crumbs. Kitchen cupboards were sticky and not a cup to be found in the entire room. They charged a fortune, since it was Parents weekend at University. We left and found somewhere else to stay, despite losing money.

Mediocre hotel

Location to my event

The cleanliness of the lobby was horrible. The counter was not wiped down and had big spots of dried hand sanitizer. There was dirt and paper pieces all over the floor. The person who checked us in was not knowledgeable with the computer and had to get someone else.

Worth the price and welcoming staff

I have stayed here twice, and the room was always clean and with a full kitchen, really worth the price in the Ann Arbor area. The staff are welcoming and always willing to help. I stayed with my cat this time and they tried their best to accommodate us. Really grateful for the kind crew working there.

Staff was wonderful

Floor was not clean was the worst part. Amenities were less than I had expected as I thought dishes, flatware, a coffee maker and toaster would be in the room when I asked for assistance the staff night staff was busy with another complaint. We went to the dollar store for plates and plastic ware. So I never got the appliances . I settled for two bowls.

I will never stay at this chain again.

There was no breakfast. Just coffee, one type of muffin, and stale bars. Did not try the muffins. The room was clean and spacious.

Had a kitchen, but did not have dishes, silverware, or a coffe pot. We were too tired to inquire about the lack of dishes, and utensiles, or coffee pot the first day. The next morning went to the desk to inquire. She provided a coffee pot that did not work. The pot and strainer were different size so the top of the pot did not fit .. had to use a knife to depress the button that allows the water to release. Also note she gave me a container to carry the coffee pot and dishes up myself. The only to toiletries provied were a small amout of shampoo and two small bars of soap. There were two rolls of toilet paper but no tissues.

Nothing- will never stay at ANY property From this hotel-

The Lady at the desk upon arrival was rude and condescending. I had a confirmed prepaid reservation. She said she had no rooms left. When I expressed frustration that I did NOT have a room under my reservation that was prepaid- she cussed at me, called me an explicit name and left me standing there, yelling she doesn’t have any rooms “Good Luck “@&$$&@? “She then continued to yell and cuss from the room out of view. I was honestly scared and left. My room is refunded from Booking.com but it it was an AWFUL experience!

very nice staff

they promised double beds the queen bed for me and my wife was fine but they gave my kids who are older a pull out bed and a regular bed . which made their stay uncomfortable. Too many people standing around outside, made you feel uncomfortable .

Place was terrible and unorganized

When I arrived they couldn't find my booking at all. First their internet wasn't working then after an hr they told me they couldn't find it. They find 1 room and then tell me they didn't take cash. 130 am was stuck going to find a different room.
