I absolutely loved the staff! So helpful and nice! We needed a bottle opener and plates for pizza and the front desk came through on both! The breakfast lady was late one morning and the front desk lady still made sure we all had breakfast! Way above and beyond, she was incredible!!! The lobby is beautiful and the stone fireplace is stunning! Pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was awesome both mornings. They have eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, fruit cups, bagels, biscuits and more! Coffee with 4 creamer flavors! This place is great! We also left our very expensive pillows there. Management is supposed to call us back to arrange shipping them. Perfect driving distance to Lake Billy Chinnok!!!
No blackout curtains in our room. Not sure about the rest. We were on 3rd floor king room. Only shear curtains the heavy ones didn't close but we improvised with a clip and made it work!

This place is a gem! Our favorite hotel of the whole trip, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, had a big room, and the staff really helped us figuring out how to navigate road closures due to fire.

Had no problem checking in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was convenient, we were lucky enough to be able to park outside our window. Continental breakfast was good, the decor was interesting to look at, and it was quiet in the hotel.
There was dust on the headboards and the feet of the office chair. The lounge chair had food crumbs on it. The bathroom smelled like sweet cigars and stale urine, there was also something sticky down the bathroom door frame. The shower had a layer of soap on the walls and there was no slip guard on the shower floor, I slipped and almost fell a few times. Ended up putting a wash cloth down to stand on.
