We arrived around 7-8pm from a 12 hour ride. Attendant working the front desk was kind and professional. Easy process. 1

The staff was very kind and accommodating

Overall cleanliness. Rooms that were supposed to be non smoking smelled just like smoke and had an ashtray inside! Pubic hair all over toilets. Door didn’t fully lock, could physically see the highway through the cracks of the door. Bathroom was out of shampoo and all towels had hair wrapped up inside of each one. Mirrors were covered with stains, dust, etc.

Nothing

The room-horrible. Mildew scent greeted me at the door. Wall and ceiling corners black with either mold and mildew or both. Ceiling paint chipped. They didn't want to give my money back saying they don't do refunds. I had to call the police to get some order.
