We stayed here last year too and I love the location, it’s very clean and comfortable. The housekeepers do a fantastic job! Staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints.

It was close to where I was visiting.
I think I saw two staff members while I was there. The breakfast was totally unattended. Parchment paper on the counter for the tongs and whatnot for serving food. Messes all over. One bagel left and no cream cheese in sight. Turns out it’s in a fridge on the top shelf and a metal container. It shouldn’t be a puzzle. Couldn’t find any cups for juice so I used the waffle batter cups. Overflowing trash cans and a bucket for us to pour liquid trash in. Then the audacity to have a tip jar!!! For who?? For what?? It looks like they set food up and hid!! To have good food and a nice facility doesn’t cut it went it’s a mess, and staff is either absent or poorly trained. The night audit was the most friendly person I met. The 3-11 asked my room number out loud when charging things to my room with drunk men behind me. Creepy when the secondary lock in my room was “repaired” with a screw that fit in the hole, and did nothing else.

The breakfast.
Labor Day weekend 2026 The room was musky, and smelt like people pee. The swimming pools heating system was down so the pool was cold and the spa wasn't working. After a 7 mile hike at the falls, the hot spa was wanted. The location was ok. The thai place across the street was super yummy.
