I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years. I find the rooms very accommodating. The AC unit is my room was a bit loud and struggled to keep the room at a comfortable level. I found the controls and display very difficult to see and adjust. The beds were firm but comfortable. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful with every visit.

It doesn't get any better than right on the beach! We booked a room with kitchenette, which had everything we needed. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Staff was very responsive whenever we requested anything. We enjoyed the beach and sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

There are no bathrooms near pool so you constantly have to go up to your room. There's only one elevator for the whole hotel. The room was DIRTY. Little effort put into cleaning. I bought stuff and disinfected the room. It says no smoking in rooms or balcony. The place constantly smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana. Loud construction going on poolside 5 of the 7 days we were there. Will not return to this hotel again.
