Sucked checked in at 6pm and out at 3am when I seen bugs.

Nothing. I would never stay here again!

Dirty! Per staff no hot breakfast selection= continental breakfast (not advertised as such) BUGS!! Seasonal BUGS they say are outside only.. Roaches!! In my dogs bowl of food! I wasn’t staying to eat nothing!

Very disappointed ☹️

Nice staff

I was not aware of a 200 cash deposit after I paid online.. My room's bathroom was nasty and not clean at all. Pee and hair all over the floor and toilet plus pee dried on the toilet under the seat and back of the seat. The blanket had stains and so did the sheets under. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room!

Absolutely nothing. Highway noise Prevented deep sleep.

Decent and affordable place.

It's very convenient to the interstate, a restaurant across the road and gas station. The rooms for the most part was very clean. Some of the bed sheets did have some stains and cig burns on them. We was in a smoking 4oom so I imagine that it happens alot. And they wasn't bad enough to need changed.

They allowed us to extend our check out till 1130 and at 1128ish house keeping was opening our door to come out. We was packed and walking out but was a little rude. Also, we was on the bottom floor and the people staying on the top floor would could out on the balcony to smoke, again NO big deal but they tossed there cig butts into the parking lot and I took 4 Newport butts off the hood of my car. It wasn't done on purpose they was just tossing them bc there's no ash trays inside or outside the smoking rooms. I, myself had to make a ashtray out of a cup and water the 2 times we have stayed here.

People need to know before they stop there

Nothing they were charging a extra 100. Doller depot and u had to have credit card so there for wasn't able to stay

I liked the fact that the pool was clean. The laundry facility as well. And when we checked in the room smelled like bleach, which meant clean.

There was mold in bathroom ceiling, not enough towels, and for the five days nobody came to change bedding or towels. Pool had extreme high levels of chlorine. Carpet in rooms were sticky. We had 4 people per room and only two towels and rags per room. I asked the front desk for more towels, they acted like it was a problem and only gave me one extra towel. So I had five towels for eight people. I went to Walmart and bought some.

Convenient to the attractions we were visiting

Bathrooms were not clean, no tissues, door had broken safety chain. Bedsheets had a stain. Asking for trash bags that we never got

Great customer service!

The Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . He didn't have a handicapped room available but went out of his way and made it possible for us to have the most comfortable stay possible by calling and making it possible to get us the handicapped room.Great Manager!!

The bathroom was clean that's all I liked it

The refrigerator was nasty the bed was comfortable but the comforter had cigarette holes in it and it smelled like smoke I would not recommend this hotel because it needs a lot of work I've been doing housekeeping for 32 years and I have never ever stay in the Hotel this bag

The price and convenient location off interstate as we were passing thruoigh

The heat didn't work in room 111, the bed was hard, there was visible mold in the sink overflow drain, and stairs probably need a structural engineer inspection. The room smelled musky/moldy and both my wife and I had breathing issues. Even the slightest person walking carefully made a loud clanging noise due to the stairs rattling. Stairs only rattle when bolts/fasterners come loose and collapse is iminent. The desk chair had visible semen stains. To top it all off, there wasn't a workout favility

Room was clean and beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Price was good.

Got maybe 4 hours sleep. The property is located on a frontage road adjoining interstate 40. The windows and doors provided no noise deafening and the constant 18 wheel traffic and emergency vehicle sirens kept waking us up. They need to put soundproofing windows and doors in at this property.

The staff was friendly!

My room had someone's underwear in it when I arrived rooms should be cleaned and sanitized with the air on not the heat! When arrived heat was on 80 hot as hell in the room like someone was there before I arrived..........But as far as safe it's a safe hotel and very convenient to the highway and other things around the area....

Location

The Man on day shift was rude with unwanted jokes... Throwing credit cards ..not handing it to me ... Not communicating what he's doing so I can know what I want to do..Made a terrible joke comment saying my woman is a pet basically...did not like him at all ..... Way too cocky ... TV didn't work ..and the shower was cold but it was clean
