It was dirty, with bugs around, I saw couple trash around the room and it smelled like cigarettes

Room was leaking with water..changed rooms pillows were dirty ..TV not hooked up and working..staff told me too make a complaint and wasn't happy with management..mgr didn't care at all

Folks, do not spend over 100 dollars to stay there for 1 night. It should be more like 30 dollars based on quality.

There was nothing we liked due to the overall conditions of the room.

We had a delayed flight. Did not get there until 2 in the morning. Had to call a number on the door to check in, and wait for someone to show up. Holes in the bathroom door. No trash receptacle. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. No remote for the TV. Bedside light did not work. We were too tired from flight delays and at 2 in the morning, didn’t really have time to address the monstrosity of issues.

Very dirty and not safe for families.

Dirty, many dead bugs including a crushed juicy cock roach. We did not feel comfortable walking in our socks. Wasn’t cleaned for months. Lots of drug use, also saw poop on the stairway, was disgusted the entire stay. This is a 1 star motel at best.

Check into my room only for the room not to be clean was relocated to another room where someone was in, relocated again to a room where TV didn’t work then finally move to a decent room. I appreciate the girl who did take her time on night shift to help find a room that was ok.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Please stay away from this

The room was dirty. We booked for non smoking room but got a room with dirty cigarette smell. There were roaches in the room. At midnight, hotel alarm went off. The door entry cards were not working all the time. No trash bin provided.

I really don't know because I got no further than the Lobby which was disappointing and smelled like a public restroom. I say this because although we had a reservation, the front desk clerk had given our reserved room, guaranteed with a credit card, away. Telling my husband and me they had no more rooms. We are senior citizens and ended up driving 4.5 hours back home in the rain...mad as hell. Booking or Extended Stay dropped the ball. I am waiting for an explanation and refund if they took payment.

What a horrible experience! Paid 92.00 for a nasty room with filthy floors. I mopped the floors with the white towels and two turned completely diry brown. Roaches in bathroom and the shower head leaked horribly spraying the ceiling. Refused to stay and they put us in yet another filthy room that stunk of cigarette and pot smoke! Hated even sleeping in the room

Did not like the unfriendly rude black chick that would not even listen to us ask for an early check in. Mind you the hotel was empty it was 2 40 and official check in was 3 PM. She was out on her phone while we waited in the lobby for 6 minutes until she came back in. People STAY away from this hot mess hotel

As locations go I was very happy, as the airport, shopping and busses are nearby.

Never did their breakfast as it was just a few things on a counter at reception. You had to take what you needed back to your room as there was nowhere to sit and enjoy it.

I notified them up front that I would arrive between midnight an one am in the morning. There was supposed to be someone on duty but the person was not there and after unsuccessfully trying to get hold of someone for 2 hours I had to walk around the corner to a different establishment and book in there for the night. The next day they appologised and promised to refund me for the night, but 8 days later I have not received the refund as yet. The room they then booked me in was not sufficiently prepared. There was no toilet paper or towels or shower curtain. Once they rectified that, I checked the kitchen and found no plates, cups, cutlery, pots or pans. I queried that and found that there was supposed to be a flier in the unit stipulating that you need to ask for whatever utensils you need for the kitchen during your stay. Once I got the kitchen utensils I could stay fairly comfortably. The room smelled a bit musty, but the aircon was very effective at keeping the room cool.

Nice staff.

Room wasn't up to par. Bathroom door was plastered, roaches on the wall and in the night stand. Sink was slow drainage. Not what I expected. I was very disappointed 😞.

Cocktail roach droppings in drawers. Carpets need cleaned. Staircase and outside filthy, cigarette butts everywhere.

Not a pleasant stay and won’t stay here again!

There were roaches, woke up in the middle of the night and there were several roaches wandering on the counter in the kitchenette area and bathroom. The staff is not available always. Office looks like they converted a room into the office and they close at 11 and don’t open until 7.
