Everything seemed to be as described in the online website, staff and cx service was excellent. We experienced no issues on critical things like noise or other problems. Well done.
All good, nothing bad of note

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was ok, especially the weekend we were there, my wife enjoyed that Bravo Fest was going on next door even though we didn't know about it until we reached the MECCA of Charleston.
We liked the QUIET, NO LOUD PEOPLE, NOONE RUNNING IN THE HALLS SLAMMING DOORS !
The staff was courteous check in to check out !

It was somewhere affordable to stay. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t all that great either.
The hotel canceled my reservation, failed to communicate and lied about it. The breakfast was “meh” most hot items were cold. The room had a weird smell. The shower was still dirty, including the shower head. The racks in the shower were rusty and peeling. The cheapest toilet paper and soaps to exist on earth.
