We engaged at least six staff members, all were absolutely delightful.
Also, John the GM, stopped by our dining table and welcomed to us and made us feel as if we were VIP. We will definitely stay at Drury anytime we go out of town now.
Only 3 drinks, let’s make it 4! LOL

The hotel was clean and staff have exceptional customer service.

The hotel is newly constructed and conveniently situated approximately fifteen minutes from downtown Charleston and five minutes from the outlet mall. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, the rooms are cleaned regularly, and the customer service was excellent. The complimentary evening drinks and food options are a wonderful addition. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

It was a little better than a Holiday Inn. Clean and nice staff. Free breakfast is a plus.
I was disappointed there was no airport shuttle and it was borderline impossible to find a working number for the hotel that didn’t just blare ads at me. Transportation was the main issue.
