Great value and location.
When Our heater turned on it sounded like hail hitting the windows.

Room was nice and clean. It was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The pool was very nice.

I appreciate your cleanliness and proximity to town.
Our room was spacious and temperature perfect.
I had trouble with getting on the Wi-Fi,plus saw that it was an insecure system which I then decided I didn't want to get on.
I booked through booking.com and my plans changed,so I only stayed one night. Despite letting the site know at the time I checked in and then telling them upon leaving Monday morning. They were unable to tell me if they received word from Booking.com about the cancellation.
I communicated with booking.com on Sunday after the motel told me I had to cancel through Booking.com. I used the app.to notify them,with response to be in 24 hrs. I was already checked out in the time period,but my no reply response told me that Canyon motel hadn't responded to their communication and that I should contact them. I felt like a ping pong ball with no one in control.
I understand and accept responsibility for both night,but am disappointed in how it was handled by Canyon and Booking.com.

The room was very large and clean. Lots of extra towels. Staff was helpful. Good location. If weather had been nicer it is a great location to be able to walk downtown. Everything is close. All convinces right near the motel.
Bed was a little lumpy on one side. Other than that there was no complaints.

nice size room indoor pool
removed exercise equipment, hot tub and sauna didn’t work. both motel room doors allowed cold air to blow in and beds were too high for my 7 year old granddaughter to get on

Room clean, bed perfect, well-supplied with towels.
Would have liked tea bags in coffee basket, and a parking space in front of the room I was given (Some have them & some don't).

Rooms are recently remodeled , very nice details. A comfortable and attractive space. Fantastic location if you want to explore Wellsboro on foot. Single room had a fridge, microwave and mini coffee pot. Door dash will deliver.
Wall mounted heater /ac unit. It worked, but was a bit loud. Most hotels have something similar and this was better than most. It got the room to a pleasant temperature. I would have liked another blanket. They probably would have given me one but i didn't ask . Whoever did the lines for the parking spaces may have been drinking at the time, but there are enough awkward parking spaces for everyone .

Great location- very central, just behind Main Street - very clean and well kept. Looks like the place undewent some renovation recently. Lots of fresh towels, functioning fridge and heating system.
The mattress was a bit too soft and the heating systems a bit too noisy. Other than this, everything was great.

Newly and nicely remodeled room.
The heater (fan) kept turning on and off every few minutes all night and day. Of course, it was cold outside (29°F), and it was better to have heat rather than no heat. I just wish there was a different kind of system for motels to use. I've been in other places in summertime and the AC goes on and off every few minutes. I'm a light sleeper, and this kind of noise makes it hard to sleep. All-in-all, however, we enjoyed our stay and the very reasonable rates.

The area was quiet.
Within walking distance of many restaurants, stores and pharmacies.
Would be nicer to have 2 soft chairs in the room, instead of just one.

We didn’t have breakfast
When we returned to our room there had been no maid service the bed wasn’t even made I hung the housekeeping sign on the door when we left that morning.

rooms were recently renovated ( flooring) but the outlets are worn, they should have installed new outlets, because our charging blocks wouldn’t stay plugged into the convenient ones
