Lovely lobby and breakfast room. Great location. Good coffee.
I was happy to get a complimentary breakfast, but it was underwhelming. Please lose the powdered eggs!

The Penn Wells is a smartly appointed historic hotel. The history, interior, and ambiance make it a pleasure to experience. The staff are incredibly helpful without being pushy. The included breakfast is delicious with something for all tastes. The hotel is in the heart of Wellsboro with everything in walking distance.
The parking is a little tight but with that said, I found a spot every night for my crew cab pickup truck.

The staff and common areas of the hotel, the lounge were very nice.
The bathroom was small, awkward, layed out space. The fixtures were dingy, cracked and stained. The window ac was loud and barely able to keep a tiny room cool.
