Never again

Just was somewhere to stay

The checking process was easy but after staying for 2 days you want to tell me you didn't charge my card okay but the bank said you did. Ask to speak to the manager she told me it wasn't at manager which was a lie. Then wanted to call the police. I should habe let them call the police just to see what the police was going to say. I didn't break in I didn't force myself in you have video that I went to the counter and I gave a card and you had to activate that card for me to get into the room. So you knew I was there yall drop the ball. Then going to yell at me for their mistake so finally, after thing clam down you want to apologize nope.

It was close to my family and the room was at a great price.

They were working at the place was using the plug in our home blow a lot of dust in the room had to move to another room. I think they should have had a better way of using the plug not in a room you are given to a customer.

Check in was fast and housekeeping was friendly.

The continental breakfast was sparse, and I had to request items that wasn't put out at all i.e. syrup, no milk for cereal, etc.

Location was convenient, front desk staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. TV didn't work, was there 3 days, no one came to look at it despite the fact we told the front desk, every morning about it. No extra towels or pillow, didn't try the breakfast.

Wonderful heater and beds.

The bathroom had a dirty floor and door. The toilet seat did not match the size of the toilet.

Pleasant

Mostly quiet room. It was warm enough. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Had trouble flushing the toilet. I went to turn the water on in shower and handle slipped off. Light fixture cover above sink was coming down. Breakfast wasn't very many choices.

breakfast was supposed to be included but they were out of all supplies, even coffee; someone did then go shopping and breakfast was included the second morning of our stay

They did not have our reservation but gave us a room anyway for higher price than reservation.

paid $70 , but this should have been a $25 room.. real talk

The couple at the front we're really nice and helpful.

The sheets in the rooms had holes and look like they were the very first sheets and blankets ever made. It could definitely be alot cleaner.
