We loved everything. The staff was so nice, they talked to us and made us laugh, even said they would let our kids swim for an extra hour (They didnt cause they were too tired.) The hotel was clean, our room was exactly what we wanted and expected.
There was nothing we didnt like.

comfortable bed. the main person I delt with at the front was very nice.
Our cards stopped working halfway through our visit. The housekeeping tried to come in at 9:15 on the morning we were supposed to check out, even though we had the do not disturb sign out and check out was almost 2 hours away. Some of the towels, etc were falling apart. The clock randomly buzzed static when close to a cell phone, had to unplug it. The door handle would stick and was hard to open. Not enough pillows without asking for more.
When our cards stopped working, my husband and I, separately, had to go to the front desk to get them fixed. The person each of us worked with had not seen us before, but they just fixed the key to the room number we said and gave it to us... caused me a bit of security concern that there was not a requirement to provide at least a name on the room or something.
