We landed after 17 hours flight and lost baggage, exhausted. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We lost things a couple of times and they were both returned. Room was comfortable for a family of 4, separate living area was essential as we got over jet lag. Breakfast and snacks area was really well managed despite crowds. Rooftop Pool was a nice respite at the end of hot days, though mostly in the sun. Valet was expensive but ultimately convenient, just a couple of delays in busy periods which were a little frustrating. All in all a lovely stay.
Seems to be rising damp around the riverwalk area including this hotel, a bit of a musty small pervaded the area. We would still return though, the central location was great for a family.

It was a beautiful historic building with so much character. Super comfortable and nice facilities. On the Riverwalk, so the location is perfect. Included breakfast and happy hour/dinner every day!
