The beds weren’t comfortable. Need new beds. Felt like I was laying on an inversion table that’s how soft the mattresses were

Staff and location.
Elevators - Only one working and too slow getting to our rooms. Needed to pay for microwave oven. Also, in room 629 too much noise coming from next room.
