Location, views, facilities, friendliness
The area can be quite noisy along Kalākaua avenue with traffic and motorbikes flying down the street. Not the fault of the hotel, just an observation if you don’t like noise

Location was breath taking; I enjoyed the sea view. Easy access to the beach

Location was good and it was clean
I think the rooms are very dated for the $ paid
We also didn't have hot water a couple of time
I got charged for not taking towels back even though they were returned
Construction was noisy
