It's conveniently located, close to supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants. Easy access to Burney falls and a good stop if you are heading towards Lassen coming from Mt. Shasta. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable
It was confusing to find the reception - it's the same as the reception from another motel. I had trouble locking my door, it took me a few attempts and it got me concerned for a moment (I arrived around midnight). Also the walls were thin, so I could hear the couple next door ~having fun~ until late :)
