Friendly staff
Clean hallways,. Clean room:sheets, carpet, bathroom and comfy pillows. Quiet night.
Water was appropriate temperature cold/hot. The complimentary breakfast was simple but appreciated (cereals, muffins, juice, milk, frozen type waffles, hot coffee with cream choices.) Plenty full parking. Well lit outside.
Shower sprayed when trying to fill tub for bath but it stopped when water was off.

close to the reason for the visit
the building was run down. Our room was very old and when you opened the door there was a strong odor that was not able to flushed out of the room. it was a mix of stale urine and dust and smoke. there was a thick layer of dust all around the room near the floor boards like it’s not vacuumed well.
