Close to everything, clean

When you get there in the night it says on the door to call a # & they'll come for your check in, called 3 times never answered. rented a room next door till the next day. Hard to get towels

Very poor.

Location was the only good benefit.

Cockroaches, lots and lots of cockroaches. A really dirty place that only provides housekeeping weekly. Roaches in the fridge, microwave, drawers, nightstand, behind the mirror, just about everywhere. No smoke alarm, no toilet roll holder, sat on the toilet but the seat went one way and I went the other. Travelled the length and breadth of this country visiting all but one of the States and in our 30 years of hotels/motels this ranks as the filthiest,, smelliest place we have ever stayed.

Poor Stay.

I was booked for a double bed, when I got there to check in at the front desk, I was told the room was prepared. The beds look like someone just left , cigarette ash everywhere, garbage on the table and floor. Towels on the floor. Then I returned back to the front desk , I was assigned to another room but just a queen size with a pull out bed, that had no sheets, ash holes in all the sheets. Burn stains all on the bath tub , the hose was hanging over in the shower and no towels in this room. We pulled the pull out couch and there is a q tip under there. The pool smelled like a swamp. My sister and I went back to the front desk and we got the most horrible attitude. I will actually be calling corporate.

The worst place to lodge

The hotel is not a safe place, there are guests smoking marijuana in the corridors and rooms. The police frequently arrive to notify guests who use the hotel as their home. There are cats and dogs loose on the premises. The room and the sheets was dirty and the smell in the all room was disgusting, it had marijuana cigarettes on the night table, the microwave was dirty. It is not a family place and I would definitely not return.

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant.

We had to go buy a can of cockroach killer before we could sleep the second night. Used the whole can killing the roaches in our room. Our room looked nothing like the pictured rooms.

We had two nights reserved and left as early as possible after the first night

What breakfast? Nothing

Filthy, roaches in bathroom and beds, dirty carpet, very sketchy people staying and wandering around. At one use, toilet was completely clogged with hardly any toilet paper in. Staff had very limited ability to speak English.

Rooms were covered in roaches. Beds were dirty. Every night I had to fight off at-least 50 roaches. Went through 3 cans of raid. Didn’t sleep the entire stay. Was booked for 7 nights didn’t make it past 2 ! Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The area was close to the major theme parks.

The room was dirty, there were bugs and the linens were not changed. Also the shower curtains was stained with red and brown spots. According to the people in the room next to us their room was not clean either.

Nothing at all to say in a positive way. My guest was sexually attacked by a guest upstairs. Filed a battery report with Sheriff. Front desk and owner could care less. Security cameras were not working. Checked out on day 3 of 2 week booking. Took property 3 weeks to get a full refund. Avoid like the plague.

The pool.

Not sure where all of the 10's and Excellents came from but!!We stayed there 9 days, I had to ask for clean sheets and towels 3 times, so we just went and bought some. They only came to clean the room one time after 3 days after I asked then they didn't change the sheets, They did bring sheets to us and a broom and dustpan to us after I suggested it,. The bed was miserable (Wore out)and my husband literally suffered for 3 days after we got home his back hurt so bad and ON THE LAST day we was there I found a huge cockroach crawling by the trash can and one by the closet and when I cleaned the room the cleaning people hadn't pulled the beds away from the wall in who knows how long and there was so much dust and dirt on the floor the towel I used was black when I mopped the floor...Terrible!!!

This property was is a Booking dot NO!

Nothing? The only benefit, it was close to our vinue.

The property is being used for both a weekly monthly rental property and a hotel. Unfortunately it is poorly managed our room was located around long term renters who naturally treated the property like home. They talked outside our room and smoked, both the noise and the smoke entered our room. The property is old and has had some cosmetic renovations, however, poor drywall patch jobs, excessive dusty air vent in bathroom, you could see outside from the bottom of the door. Baseboard moldings not painted. The mattress was low end and uncomfortable.
