Location was excellent! Continental breakfast was included and the choices were good. The staff was pleasant. We loved the rocking chairs near the entrance.
The two night we were there (monday and tuesday) the bar and restaurant were closed which was very disappointing. The Inn has lots of character but is in desperate need of some TLC. A few of the blinds slats were broken in our bathroom and I could see the outside so had to add towels and my toiletry bag to cover the openings. It was overpriced for what it offered.

The location was wonderful. Very easy for parking as we were driving a rental car. The rooms are nice although not 100% what expected.
Try to ask to not get a room over the front door. It was very loud. We were not able to sleep due to the constant slamming of the front door to the hotel. Also was not happy that the bar nor the restaurant were not open. Our air conditioner did not work well.
