Location, quiet room, friendly and helpful staff.
When we checked in, the room had a funky smell, so we turned off the A/C and opened the window which solved the problem. Even though daytime temperatures were 95-104F it wasn't unbearable.
There is a tack strip at the edge of the carpet defining the transition to vinyl flooring at the entry. When barefoot we always managed to step on the edge. The sharp points are painful.

The massage chair was a good surprise. Automated coffee maker in lobby was amazing. We had other family staying in the hotel so the coffee/tea maker in the lobby became our meeting spot. The woman who put out the breakfast was exceptional with the guests.
I found the property to be very clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. I can't think of any negatives for this stay.
