Very old hotel and the rooms regleby

It was decent

The shower head was detaching from the wall. The toilet seat was very loose on the toilet. Also, the dresser was broken and very old.

Overall decent. Probably would stay somewhere else if I come back to the area just because of the bed situation. Overall

Conveniently located close to wear I had to work an event. Reasonable rate.

There wasn’t an actual comforter on the beds. Not sure what the brown/tan throw was supposed to be.

Hope I never need a room there again.

It had an available room. Bed was decent.

Dirty room, damp towels, NOISY toilet (made screaming banshee noise)- heard our neighbors toilet. It had the dirtiest bathroom, literally dirt. Stunk of smoke-of all kinds.

Price, location, staff

Room was clean but felt old and dirty. Lots of noise at night (people, trains, sounded like someone was doing room maintenance next door at midnight). People were walking around and drinking very late at night. Didn’t feel very safe.

Nice place, caring staff

Location though entrance was hard to find as a mall out-parcel. Well-appointed renovations. Icy cold A/C but reliable temperature control to obtain comfort temperature easily. Staff very helpful and friendly, out of way to make certain we had everything we needed. Beautiful hotel, well lit,felt safe. Had soft and firm pillows provided so could choose best choice. Gave good value for the price.

Sofa bed way too soft, not comfortable to sit in. King bed had topper way too soft, could not sleep well for feeling about to slide off side of bed. Bed was so tall.

I wouldn’t recommend the place to my enemies much less my friends.

The staff was friendly and helpful

The facility was pretty sad. Floors were dirty, only one hand towel, sheets were paper thin and no bed spread - just a blanket that looked like a horse blanket. In the part of the bathroom where the shower and potty were located there rusty door hinges and a big rusty exposed toilet anchor. The place was a little depressing.

It was “good enough” for an overnight stay. It was overpriced for the shabby amenities.

They had a pool and it was open.

There was a person outside grooming himself (plucking nose hairs) as we were checking into our room. The bathtub was very high and posed a bit of difficulty getting in and out.

Staff was really nice and bed clean, but not worth $115.

The bed was clean and comfortable.

Furniture was old and scratched up. Room had a musty smell. Air unit was dusty. Top lock on door was broken.

The front desk staff was very kind. He tried to help us after we got to our room

We booked 2 rooms. 1 room the bathroom was dirty, grossness on the toilet seat and down the front. The other room had a tampon in a water bottle behind the commode.

We were traveling and needed a place to stay so we booked here. A few hours out we called them ahead of time to ask a question and they informed us that they had “housekeeping issues” and did not have a room for us. We are confident that if we didn’t happen to call ahead of time (and we were lucky we did) they would have allowed us to get all the way there just for them to tell us we didn’t have a room to sleep in, even though we had already paid for a room. Although we did receive a refund and they were kind over the phone, this was a very frustrating and stressful experience for our group, as we had to book another hotel last minute, change plans, and pay higher fees.

I was about to connect my streaming apps to the tv and the staff were good.

smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was dirty.

It was worth the price and I wouldn't have any problem staying there again.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was good. Close to restaurants.

It's in need of a spruce up and new furniture. The cleanliness wasn't the best. I had to use both couch cushions because the seat was so low and there were food crumbs on the couch. The worst thing was that it wasn't busy at all, and they put someone right next to me. The room was one that had a connecting door so I could hear everything the other occupants were saying. There was no reason for them to put them in that room. It wasn't like it was packed!!

Refrigerator was molded. And not working Towel had blood stain on it Sheets were old had the natted little balls of cotton on them(old sheets)

the price was affordable . the breakfast as nice.

the room wasn’t all that clean: paint spots on the bathroom floor: gross toilet paper holder, faucets with spots, bugs on AC and a burn? mark o. the yellow cover. also no extra towels or blankets.

it was filthy everything was sticky… the bedding -very scary, old dirty blanket - bathroom tub grubby… outside the room cereal all over and everyone’s garbage outside the room. the tv wires were all over the wall crazy.

The breakfast was good. Waffles, oatmeal, toast, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee

The bathroom and floors were dirty. It was late when we arrived . Check in went smoothly. Thanks to Shelby. I requested a rag and cleaner so I could clean bathroom and floor myself. They offered to send house keepers but we had a long day and it was easier for me to do. They did waive pet fee. Beds were comfortable. For the price it was ok
