Staff very pleasant hotel needs to be upgraded and hire more staff for cleaning

The location was great it’s next to the mall and every eatary.

The rooms were dusty and dirty. Bathrooms not cleaned towels looked like they had been used. Beds very uncomfortable and no blankets.

Poor

Check in was at 4pm and we arrived at 430pm and given keys, went to our room and it was still being cleaned. Couldn’t go into our room until 530pm and we were told to just be patient.

Terrible

I had a problem with my light fixture over the sink, the bulb was blown. Also the toilet wouldn’t stop run. I reported the issues with the front desk staff and I was told it would get fixed once the maintenance staff get to work. I left the hotel at 11am Saturday to help my nephew move. I returned to my hotel room and none of the problems were corrected. I went to the front desk to check of the hotel so I move another hotel. So happen the hotel manager was on duty. I explained to him that I reported the issues to his staff at 11am Saturday morning. I returned back to my room Sunday morning around 12:22 Am. He told me that he was going to return the full amount I paid for my hotel. He told me that I would have to contact Booking.com to release my money back to my credit card. So I’m informing you that my money needs to be returned back to my credit card.

Just disgusting.

Absolutely NOTHING. This is certainly not a Quality Inn and booking.com should not even list this hotel. Must be privately owned and not held to any standards.

Well, we decided not to stay after looking at the room and the appearance of this hotel as a whole. This hotel should just be demolished. The hotel, if that is how you want to refer to this “structure” was disgusting! When we checked in, we asked if anyone actually stays here because when we checked in on a Friday at 6pm, there we NO other cars in the parking lot. The lobby was dim, smelled musty, filthy windows and had to get buzzed in. Red flags that we should look for another place to stay for the night. Ended up finding a very nice LaQuinta close by. Checked in seeing that we pre-paid for the room. Room was disgusting. Smelled like urine, pot, musty. They could not place us in another room to accommodate us so we just checked out and left. We also did not feel safe staying at the ghost town of a hotel. I would recommend no one else stay here either!

rooms needed to be cleaner. kind of an old building that needs updating. BUT the price was very good.

Don't expect to wash your face in the morning!

The location.

2 towels and 1washcloth for 3 people. Couldn't get more. The telephone in the room didn't work. Pool was filthy, and so was the bathroom floor. The syrup dispenser was broken, we did not know this and when used sprayed syrup all over my husband's outfit and shoes.

when we open the door to mournful it smelt like marijuana really bad. the beds were suppose to be queen and they were a very small full.

It was great for my needs (just passing through), but not for a long stay.

The light behind the chair was not bright enough to read by, so I couldn't use the chair. (It also was crooked.) Also, I would have liked for yogurt to be offered at breakfast.

we did not staty at this filthy motel!

i have never been so dissapoionted in a Quality Inn in my life. my bed clearly had dirty sheets, when I asked for a change of sheets I was told the cleaning staff was off duty. so instead i was offered a different room. the second roo had cockroaches fleeing the sceen as soon as we opened the door, the curtains were half hanging off the window and the room wreaked of marijuana and was filthy we got our money back and left! also we had reserved a King room on line and was given a double both times.

The location is spectacular. That is enough for me to keep my feelings about everything else.

Please remodel. My door hinge is broken. The key barely works without 6 swipes.

One of the most disappointing stays we've had. Filthy

Room smelled of dog walking in, There was poop on the underside of toilet seat, sink faucet was loose and pulled up when turning on water. Food under bed and behind end table. Breakfast was worst we've seen, nothing to pour waffle mix, only thing to eat was pick of 2 cereals. The mattress smelled of animal. Shhets had holes in them maybe from dryer?

Everything, Definitely not taken care of, probably no supervisor to watch over and inspect housekeeping staff.

Person at the front desk was very nice and helpful

Hotel was dirty, door didn't lock, toilet didn't flush. They did not charge us and we went to another hotel. The person working was very apologetic and did not charge us.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here!

it took four different keys to actually get into the front door. The TV didn’t work and the phone didn’t work. Absolute dump!!

Actual stay and experience did not match the advertising.

We were given a room that was occupied. The lights and TV were on and the beds were both unmade. There was a light on in the bathroom. The person at the desk remedied the situation immediately and gave us a new room.

This is a very old property and needs renovating. The neighborhood is not that great. The carpet was very dirty.

Wonderful staff, but a dirty hotel.

We absolutely loved the staff!! They were all do friendly and sweet to us.

I killed a few ants in the bathroom and when I turned down my bed, there were 3 to 4 little gnats. The smell of the room was very musty and didn't seem clean.
