Excellent no frills accommodation. Great price and location

Location is awesome, only a block back off the main road and two blocks off the beach. Parking included is a HUGE bonus. Also a proper kitchen in the apartment was handy Swimming pool is nice and deep!

Heat pump was old and fairly noisy , only an issue if you use it at night. Other than that is was great

One night in Waikiki

The view, the bidet, very clean, 2 balconies, full kitchen, parking included!

The bed was not comfortable at all!

Superb

Location was great close to everything, kitchen is an excellent option, free parking is a huge plus for the area, pool and laundry are a great bonus. We loved this hotel looking forward to staying here again when we return.

Don’t really have anything that we didn’t like, only inconvenience we had, was one of the elevators were out of order for 5 days. Other then that the place was amazing.

don’t stay, made the memories of trip disappointment hence not worth it.

Location is really good and central. Parking in the middle of the Waikiki was the main reason we booked this place. kitchen had required number of utensils.

A big massive Cockroach (must be 2-3 inch) was right the middle of the ceiling on the first night and was not moving away. We kept the lights on the slept. I called the property caretaker, he laughed it out and said it’s tropical climate. I understand In tropical weather you can have lizard but Cockroaches are sign of dirtiness. he claimed Cockroach is safe clean and won’t cause harm!!! My family was not comfortable at all because of this situation, I tried to push away and cockroach flew towards me to finally go behind TV table on 2nd night. Finally on 3rd night I was managed to move it out of apartment. but damage was done by then, we didn’t sleep well. kept the lights on in previous nights. Other issues: Umbrella’s pipe was broken, chairs are old, towels and linens are really reallly old. With the amount of money they are charging they can replace all the towels so it was pity to get so worn down stuff. I was given upgrade of their premium apartment (claims to have newer stuff), if this was premium god knows what a regular one might be. All in all, I won’t stay here or recommend this place for the kind of money they are charging. I had Hilton booked and I cancelled it for Kitchen and ease of parking. certainly it was a mistake. Reviews on booking.com and Airbnb are certainly misleading.

it was close to the beach and also the carpark helped but overall the price is too high for all included stuff

- the place is not very clean - the sofa bed is terrible, I felt so sorry for my son that he had to sleep in it for 3 nights - no $ on the laundry service, or if we had to added did not knew it

We paid $3,750 USD for one night stay. Tropical Studios and Booking.com seem to be OK with that.

The location was central.

We stayed only 1 night only instead of 14 because the room was unsafe for my elderly father (97 years old) to navigate having an insufficient area to walk, the bed was very high from the floor, and the sofa bed was very low to the floor. When I contacted the owner, Nikodem Pikor, early the next day, he was condescending and disrespectful. As a result, we only stayed one night after having paid $3,750 USD charged 87 days before our reservation, for 14 nights starting January 6. Nikodem offered us another room however no one showed up for us to view the room in the time slot he identified. He not only refused to provide a refund but also refused to allow us to use the remaining 13 days at a later date when we would not take my father. Booking.com provides no method to contact them however I have a file with an independent group hired by booking.com called EthicsPoint to come to some resolution and recover money paid for services not provided. Basically, I paid $3,750 for one night stay and Tropical Studios and Booking.com seems to be OK with that.

The price isn’t fair

I booked this hotel for 170 dollars one night one week before departure. But the price dropped to 130 dollars/ night when I arrived. The price isn’t fair and transparent. This app is a scam of money.

Clean, comfy, convenient.

Great location for me. Reservation-check in was convenient. Free Parking spot was also convenient. Everything was very good in the apartment. Quiet (for sleep), but plenty nightlife in the immediate area too. It was very clean, never even saw a bug. It has wifi, black out curtains, a big cable tv, AC. 15th floor unit has a city view with a little bit of ocean view. Full kitchen was stocked with supplies/utensils/dishes, full water purifier jug in the fridge, ice trays ready to go, and a keurig single cup style coffee maker. Cooler, umbrella, beach chair to use at the beach.

Not a negative because it was as expected and described, but I did desire a small real coffee maker over the keurig. Brewed coffee is just better, to me, especially when you can get Kona coffee. Not really an issue just a suggestion.

Good parking and location but flat didn’t meet the expectations and would need a deep clean.

It should not be even allowed to sleep on this sofa bed - the mattress was virtually folding in half, no complementary pillows were provided. We would prefer white bedsheets. The towels were worn out, smelling bad and again colorful, we would prefer white ones or at least lighter coloured.

Great stay but will look for a different place next time

I liked that the keys were accessible and the instructions from Ula were very specific. I liked that is it very close to all shopping stores I loved the little kitchen.

The Wi-Fi never worked for us, we had to use or own hot spot. I called Marta but never heard from her. The bed is not stable but comfortable I slept on the couch and was comfortable. In the laundry room the dryer left a weird smell on our clothes after they were dried. Also, someone had left their clothes in the dryer for too long so, I had to get them out, folded them and left them there for them to pick up.

It was amazing, I had a nice, comfortable time.

The location is amazing, the beach was literally less than 10 minutes away, and you're essentially in the midst of a lot of shops and restaurants, so there's always something you can do.
