Good stay, clean, quiet, no issues, would recommend.

The room was clean, good location and no issues. I have heard bad things about this location but that was not my experience. Everything was smooth and had no issues. It was quiet at night with no problems.

The only complaint I would have is the water pressure coming out of the shower head was terrible. The water pressure was great until the shower was turned on. Other than that it was a good stay. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Very comfortable bed, very clean and extremely courteous staff!

Every employee I met was very nice and polite and helpful. The room - though small - was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the exceptional bedding and the mattress was amazing. The vanity sink - also shiny clean and the hot water and water pressure in the shower also exceeded my expectations. Great variety for cable stations offered. The desk, office chair, desk lamp was perfect because I actually brought some work with me. Great room!

The location next to the Expo Center was not ideal. I would book the other Red Roof in Kalamazoo if possible. A lot of people and a lot of traffic. But of course - this location would be ideal for people attending events.

Never staying here again

The bed was comfortable.

This is the third week in a row I stayed here (traveling back and forth) and by far the worst. I was on the back of the hotel and I hated it. there were people fighting out side my room and in the parking lot almost every night I was there. One night a random person was knocking on my room door and leaving. I called the front desk and I was told the night manager would handle it. The worst of the night the police had to come. My last morning there I woke up with multiple spots on the inside of my forearm that look like big bites. I was not offered housekeeping services and I finally had someone empty my trash the day before I left. The room next to me sat outside their door and smoked with the door open so if I turned the bathroom fan on, it sucked the smell into my room. The room on the other side would come in every night between 10pm and midnight with his radio blasting. This doesn’t even mention the multiple people smoking marijuana in their cars in the parking lot during all my visits here. Thus is supposed to be a smoke free property. The room itself had terrible temperature control. The floor needed to be mopped. and the motion sensor on the light in the superior rooms is a real pain every time you move in your sleep!

The water pressure in the showers was excellent.

It was quiet and worked well for our short trip.

Staff was very friendly.

The floor in our room was laminate, so any amount of water or moisture made them extremely slippery. I almost fell a few times.

Whole experience made me uncomfortable and checked out a day early

Bed spread was stained. Room smelled of stale old cigarette smoke. Premise was very dirty with trash in the stairwell.

I should have slept in my car. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

Location was good and they allowed pets.

Bed sheets were so dirty I slept on top of a dog blanket. Towels wer filthy, too. Room smelled like mildew and the floor was wet from the humidity even though the AC unit was running on high. There was no mini fridge and no breakfast was offered, despite being charged $100 for my stay.

Not clean Cobwebs with spiders n restroom Make sure you wear slides while showering, bath didn't like properly cleaned and sanitized.

Not a good stay, wouldn't recommend, will not be staying there again.

The location was the only good thing about the property, but there are several other places nearby

The staff was rude or unhelpful, the room was poorly cleaned, the drains broke.
