My room was okay. Not great, but okay.
I didn't experience any problems with my room, except for some wetness on the floor at times. Some family members had the room right next to me the first night. Since she may not post a review , I will post for her that there was a giant spider in their shower, and white powdery residue, lots of it, in the bed my grandson slept in. The ice machine also wasn't working and we could have used some ice. My grandson had to sleep between covers not being sure what the powder was, whether it was some kind of bug poison or something else. Also, every time I have stayed at this motel, which is usually at least once a month ; there is a strong smell of marijuana in several places including near the lobby and front door and near our room in the hallway. My daughter is in a recovery program so that is not good for her to smell that. These several issues could cause me not to stay at this Motel again, although it is usually my first pick when I stay in Pensacola.

Had problems with t.v first night. Property manger came less than 5 minutes and fixed the issue. Anytime I had a question, he answered with no hesitation.

The receptionist tried very hard to resolve issues with our booking, including ringing booking.com , at the same time as we did.
Issues with our booking on their IT system.
Witnessed other arrivals with issues as well.
Breakfast was just juice, bad coffee, and terrible prepackaged donuts.
