thankfully, only one night

Currently under renovation, rooms were partially finished, lobby was torn apart, breakfast was granola bars and coffee. Should have closed facility until renovations were complete and quality checked. Bathroom door struck toilet, wouldn't open fully - just an example

We won't be back.

I had a bed to sleep in. The maid that was cleaning rooms in the morning was very friendly and chipper. The checkout woman was friendly.

More options for breakfast since I'm allergic to pork and oats. There was only mini-muffins, granola bars, apples, juice, and sausage biscuits. Even a banana to choose would have been nice or some cold cereal with some milk. Shower wasn't cleaned and there was still a used soap bar in the shower from the previous guest. A half filled shampoo bottle and there was no coffee in the room. When checking in we were not told check out time, breakfast time, or wi-fi password but he was polite. I think he was focused on getting back to what he was doing before we arrived. Some of this could have been due to renovations that were being done?

bathroom had hair stuck to back of the bathroom door and all the vending machines were out of order and had a note on it saying front desk has drinks for sale then went down to ask about the drinks they rudely said no.

Good sleep, bad advertising…didn’t receive the breakfast I was assured when I made the reservation.

The bed was nice. Staff friendly

No hot breakfast. Cereal, but alas, no milk (they haven’t received that order yet. No cream for coffee. Was looking forward to a good breakfast before hitting the road agai for another 11 hours..

Looks like construction had been going on for quite a while. Even towels were very worn a frayed.

Passable

Breakfast was a joke. They had packaged donuts and granola bars. To be fair, the kitchen and lobby was being remodeled. Also 2 of the 4 floors. The night receptionist was very apologetic that we didn’t know. The room was clean, so we stayed.

Very satisfied!!!

VERY nice!!! Right off the interstate so it was perfect! The lobby was under construction, but the room was very nice and the bed was SUPER comfortable!!

Friendly front desk employees.

Property was being remodeled and definitely was a construction zone. Remodeled rooms were good, however we stayed in one that needed remodeling. Old, worn out. Bagged breakfast due to remodeling. It actually was good to grab and go.

This hotel was so bad that if we had not driven from Santa Fe we would have stayed somewhere else

Nothing about the hotel, that's for sure, BUT the night manager was considerate , courteous and professional top score for her putting up with such a mess.

Not able to rate less than 1 - the best I would give is around 0.5. It was a complete filthy disgusting torn up poorly facilitated dump complete with a toilet / commode visible in the lobby area. I understand that this is a "work in progress" but staff told me that it has been like this for a year or so. someone from corporate needs to get off their chair and actually take a look at this 3rd world "hotel" even the hotel sign was not illuminated. from the lobby toilet to the filthy carpet to the stained bath tub to the chunks of missing drywall to the exposed 110v outlet without a cover plate and I will not even describe how sick we felt when thought about having spent good money for this totally unacceptable ripoff. Enough said, Comfort Inn has allowed us to have such a bad experience that this couple will never choose this brand again.

Hotel was under construction. Wasn't clean. Loud. Beds were very firm and uncomfortable. We wont book again. Staff wasn't very friendly.

This place was under construction. You had to ask for towels daily and then you were told they are out or only had bath towels. We had to go buy our own. This place needs to shut down until ready to reopen.

Cheap, but there is a reason why

Beds were clean and comfortable. Easy to get to. High ceilings, big rooms

Under renovations, but felt like something out of a post-apocalyptic story. Dark, flashing lights, scaffolding, parts cut out of walls. Splotches on walls. Weird and creepy. No breakfast TV was tiny, which was weird in the huge room!

Building work in progress. Builders materials and rubbish visible on our arrival and also from our room window. Breakfast was very poor. (no juice, yogurts, toast etc etc). Gym equipment was either broken or not working and dangerous. Would not recommend.

It is under renovation, consequently there was no breakfast offered. Our room had not been renovated and was a bit shabby.
