The breakfast was really good. The room was not accessible. The electrical outlets were loose (did not hold plugs well.) The hotel was easy to locate from I-40. And yes I would stay there again.

Didnt get room i reserved, sheets had yellow and black stains, breakfast foods were all undercooked from the potatoes to the eggs to the muffins, staff was nice hwoever super distant.

Given room on 3rd floor. Huge bright light outside. Like Kenny’s Fried Chicken sign even with blinds closed. IDK if the sheets were fresh-wrinkles all where a body would of laid. This is what “environmentally friendly” gets you. Cheap hotel furniture & they’re doing minimum ‘cover-ups’ to make it ok. Worst breakfast we’ve ever had. No attendant to refill or clean up. No one at front desk the time we were in breakfast area. I think their rating is somehow inflated.

GOOGLE MAPS took me over 60 miles away to a dark street. The one gas station was closed! It took over an hour & 15 minutes to get to the hotel. I was about a mile away from the hotel when i tapped on the given address. Other travelers were having the same problems with GOOGLE MAPS!!!! Thank goodness the lady at the front desk gave me directions on how to get back to the hotel!! Don't rely on Google Maps to get to this hotel!! Others had the same experience!

Nice Hotel. Very friendly and polite staff that made check in easy. Lots of parking for my truck and trailer. Breakfast was just ok. Price was good.

We were be evacuated cause of fire in Texas we reserve rooms, my kids we in a wreck trying to evacuate and had to go to the er so cause of everything going on it was about 10:00pm before we got to hotel and they did have rooms for us. And hotels.com would not refund my money and even had the insurance. Will not stay at this hotel or use this service again

All of the sheets in the hotel were covered in static electricity. Hotel staff did not take our complaint seriously, this resulted in stripping the bed of sheets and using just the comforter to sleep. How house keeping staff did not notice the static electricity is beyond me.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were places in the carpet that were worn, and the one towel rack in the bathroom was miles from the shower. Overall, it was good and I would consider staying there again.

This hotel was pretty dirty garbage bins overflowing everywhere. there was no hot water in the room and other guests complained of the same things. no towels at the pool and all the lights were off at the pool which made sense because when we got in the water was very nurky and it seemed like they were trying to hide that fact. Went to breakfast the next morning and they were out of everything and had the fridge locked that had all the juice and yogurt inside. Very poor hotel

The room was clean but could use updated. Furniture was scratched. There was no slip resistant mat or skids on tub floor. My husband slipped and fell!

The rug as you entered the room was badly stained and there was a slight stain on the sheet at the very top, but the mattress was comfortable and the free breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly and the room clean.

Heater, outlets, refrigerator not working. Then, when I wanted to call registration (already in my pj's), the desk phone didn't work either. Wore my jacket to bed as was really cold and had to rotate charging devices with one working outlet. Towel rod was ripped off wall, not yet patched, and room was just pretty "worn".

Everything was broken. Pool was closed due to repairs even though I called and was told it was working. All the vending machines were out of order and the only ice machine that worked was on the main floor. Tried the gym and the only thing working was the elliptical which isn’t fun when you have 3 people wanting something to do.

No working elevator. Stairwell poorly lit and very dirty. Loitering outside . No working t.v. front desk said they were coming up to fix...never came. Needs updating desperately. Walls dirty.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. First room I received hadn't been cleaned. Staff quickly moved me. My night was good. Nothing fancy but a comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Breakfast was good. There was a crashed car in the grass. Strange, but for the price a good value.
