Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Also, the whole place was very clean.
The large empty building next to hotel but that had nothing to do with with the Quality Inn.

Really liked that there is linoleum in the rooms instead of carpet. Staff was very friendly. I forgot my shampoo at home and they actually had big bottles od shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom not those little bottles. I thought the shampoo was a decent quality. Very good water pressure. Very close to stores and restaurants. The shades on the windows were very nice also instead of curtains. There are 2 shades..one for room darkening and the other is opaque. Really made the room look nicer and not dingy. It was perfect. Would definitely stay here again if I go to Bemidji to see my grandson at college.

It was nice to have a breakfast provided each morning. Being on the first floor close to the exit and with uncarpeted floors made it very convenient for hosting our dog at the facility.
While some cups and plates were biodegradable, there was too much reliance on disposable plastics (cups, eating ware) where compostables are available. The access road and parking lot were in pretty rough shape.

Bed was comfortable and I liked having a table and chairs in the room
Need desperately to fix the drive to the hotel. It’s pothole after pothole.
Door to our room was basically broken and had to pull hard to get it open making a loud noise each time. All Websites I looked at said there was a pool. Signs in hall had pool but were covered with white paper. Hotel personnel said there was no pool and that I was mistaken about seeing it on the website but it’s still there. Then, behind a door that says laundry, I found the pool, empty with junk in it. It would have been more considerate to just tell me - sorry, our pool is no longer functioning rather than lie to me.
