1) Room called "standard king" was listed as having a twin bed. It had a queen size bed
2) nice price
3) okay location
4) free parking
1) shower too small
2) bed was more like a boxspring than mattress
3) when they said no soap provided, I thought no shower/lotion/conditioner. There was no hand soap or anything in the room
4) toilet ran all night due to clapper not seating fully - leaking constantly (noisy).

I like the area and how easy it is to get to the hotel. There's plenty of local eateries and liquor vendors close by. Above all the area is nice and quiet. The room was clean, nice shower, cable TV, cooling tower fan & mini fridge. It's my favorite place to stay when I visit Berkeley.
The room can get stuffy with the windows closed during warm weather. I wish there was a sports drink/ bottled water vending machine in the hotel lobby.

Staff was great, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Great value for the area. We stay there when visiting son at Berkeley.

The location was good and the check in process was easy. The manager was very nice.
Mostly, it was just noisy. Lots of street noise and noise from the apartment below. Didn't get a good night's sleep.
In fairness, this may have been due to the room being real close to the street.
