Room was very nice, much more attractive than chain hotels, with a lovely large bathroom and multi jet shower. Common area carpets very stained and need refreshed. Breakfast was disappointing and several items were not available 30 minutes before the end of breakfast, although the staff was very responsive in replenishing two out of the three items.

Very quiet and comfortable stay. It is a unique, remodeled historic building... Our room was large and spacious, as well as clean. We were in town for the Brickyard 400 and booked last minute. Breakfast included & it was very good. This will be our "go to" when in Indy.

Location.
Rooms we had could have used some deep cleaning. The carpet have a number of stains and the pull over sofa had broken springs.
