Good location

They take a $100 security deposit but do not reserve it on the credit card. They actually bank it and then refund it which is an issue for international travellers. With the exchange rate on different days you don’t get the whole amount back. Please change this to only reserve the amount. Not Happy!

I would not choose this hotel again.

The location

The room was quite damaged the walls, the bed made a lot of noise when you moved, and the air conditioning sounded horrible, you couldn't sleep well because of the noise it made and also the bathrooms were dirty and there were cockroaches in the closets!

Overall a great stay! Pool was clean with sand and lawn chairs surrounding it. Couldn’t have asked for a better location

Great location! At night we walked along the street and had lots to do! So many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The Orlando Eye, and mini golf were on the street as well. Great value for the price as well!

The room were pretty basic.

Will never be back and urge others to look elsewhere.

Absolutely nothing....

Absolutely nothing.... stayed at this hotel on so many different occasions and been happy.... but stayed here on two separate occasions during my vacation....couldn't check in on time and kept at front desk for over an hour after travelling twelve hours due to computers down.. ... not acceptable... then they put you at the back of block 3..... your as well sleeping on a park bench. Reluctantly they moved me.... on the second visit asked for a late check out..... but had to wait in huge queues to get someone, i was then informed it was no problem only to be forced to go back and address this again at eleven o'clock...front desk staff are not competent in their tasks.

Location very good but the free food should be buffet just like in other hotels.

Convenient location

Free food not good and the people don’t speak English hard to understand with each other. And the payment for the resort for $15 per day eventhough we did not use the swimming pool .

Farewell Avanti

I've always loved the motel for its location. Easy walk to lots of great places along I drive.

While I know they are working on renovating the facilities. They still have a long ways to go. Our bathroom toilet was held together by a wire to hold the flapper. No one ever came to fix it. So we had to remove the lid and manually flush our toilet every time we used it. The bed was horrible. Hard, uncomfortable, and made the worst noise we you made the slightest of movement. Thought it was gonna fall apart. We had a superior king room with a pool view 3rd floor. (#1336) we paid right at $350 for 2 nights and honestly we will be looking into other motels in that location. We come over to Orlando ALOT for concerts and such, and for 7 years now this was our go to. But I think this trip has defined our needing to go elsewhere. When I can stay next door at Embassy Suites for $20 more per night with nicer accommodations. Time to go. Farewell Avanti. It was nice once...

Buen sitio, buena ubicación, algunos detalle con la comodidad de la cama y con el desayuno.

Ubicación excelente, la habitación de tamaño adecuado para 4 personas y el mobiliario muy útil y preciso. La piscina buena, amplia y con agua temperada.

No me quedó claro en la reserva que es desayuno es para solamente dos personas y éramos 4 pasajeros. El desayuno además es en local externo al hotel y por lo tanto se desentienden de cualquier inconveniente.

Way too expensive for the location, will not book again.

Beds were nice, the rooms would be cleaned everyday, check in and check out were easy

The price for the stay was way too high for what we got, when we checked in the gave us the same room as two girls and we walked in on them changing, the food was insanely overpriced, our room was facing i4 so we had to listen to cars all day and night.

Area de lazer era muito boa

O hotel nao oferecia quartos com pia, fogão, e utensílios de cozinha. Os travesseiros eram bem ruim. O sofá cama era bem desconfortável, não tinha lençol no colchão do sofa cama. Não limparam nosso quarto durante nossa estdia, apenas trocaram as toalhas.

Would definitely stay again, especially for a short stay.

Great Location and close to restaurants and ICON Park. Perfect for what we needed. Children enjoyed the fact the pool and hot tub was open until 11pm. Our central heating wasn't working , but the maintenance man HECTOR was incredible and change the unit by himself to make sure our room was a great temperature. Thanks again Hector! The breakfast in the cafe was basic but still great for what we paid and the children enjoyed the pancakes.

The noise from the fridge was so loud so had to plug it out. Breakfast was only 2 people per room so gave our free voucher to the kids and paid for ours. This could have been made clearer on the website. The reception staff could have been friendlier...but didnt bother us,

Clean hotel in the best location

Good location and friendly staff, has a cafe with delicious food, and everything you could ever want to do in Orlando is close by.

The rooms have bathrooms with sinks separate from the toilet room, which is annoying and is not hygienic. There is also a lot of outside car noise as this is right beside a highway.

It was a excellent location to enjoy Orlando.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfy and the cleaning staff came every day to tidy up the room and bring fresh towels. The hot tub and the pool were very nice to relax after a busy day.

A good resort but there is room for improvements

Location is beautiful, the room was ok, bed was not so comfortable. I did not use the pool facility besides having breakfast there. The pool is a good seating area.

I personally did not feel secure having a room on the perimeter of the complex which does not have a wall. Also the fact that I had neighbours that were drinking alcohol on the pavement up to midnight.

the location

the bed was not comfortable at all. I felt like I slept on a box spring. Half the time the key card did not work. The staff was not providing good communication or customer service.

Rooms not properly clean,they charge me for room inc breakfast for 3 people but we had only breakfast for 2,when I been for complain they said I have to pay for 3rd breakfast big joke,when I asked in the restaurant for latte coffee they told me not inc in my breakfast, can't really recommend this place,only the pool here was good

it wasn’t bad the view, the price, and there other good things about staying there it was just a miss on our part.

distance to where I was going too, the room the air was amazing

the elevator in the #2 building didn’t work much, the shower had a crack on the side that water kept coming out all over the floor, no don’t disturb sign or trash can in the room, the tv and lights kept flickering
