The place itself was great! Our specific stay was not due to dog in room next door.

Great room, clean and comfortable for family of 4. Facility had so much to offer, pools, lazy river, water slides, dining. Great location close to freeways.

Our neighbor had a dog and it was horrible. Barked every morning waking up our whole family! Very disappointing!

Throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other families

The pool, lazy river, making s’mores, close to SeaWorld. The staff were lovely especially Wanda who worked JBs and pool bar. So many activities and games for children.

The restaurant and bar closing at 8pm was a little early however the self catering facilities were good.

Frustrated waiting for our room at check in. Would like to understand why it takes over 4 hours to clean and prep a roo

Clean and fun for the kids.

The check in and check out policy of this location is bad. We didn’t get our room until after 2 pm and then were forced to check out by 10 am. We paid for day and night but didn’t get a full 24 hours.

I wouldn't go again for that price

The room was large. Just right for the 4 of us.

The pool was not deep at all. There was no swim up bar as indicated in the description. The floats were uncomfortable and the lazy river was tiny. Food was subpar.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Loved the amenities. Very clean and family friendly. Already made my 2nd family reservation to come back.

We used the grilling area and loved it. They came and prepared the pit using charcoal and we did the rest!

Upon arriving, the check in process was great. Very disappointed in the concierge, we needed our parking passes for each vehicle but both were busy and never noticed us standing there. We just asked for them at the front desk.

Lovely property with a great resort vibe, close to all tourism in San Antonio!

Lovely property far enough but also close enough to the riverwalk. Luxurious property with many amenities! Great hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool with waterslides. We had a one bedroom with full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Unit was very clean and inviting. If you stay at this property, you can also access the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort which is located less than a mile from this property!

The property is a timeshare with Hyatt and you will get a hard sell on attending the presentation. My hubby was very stern and declined the invitation. They did call the room a few times during our stay, but we did not answer the phone!

Wonderful property near SeaWorld

Spacious rooms and great amenities. We loved the heated pool and beautiful grounds. Location was quite but still close to SeaWorld and restaurants.

Paid too much and should’ve gone to Kalahari instead.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Parking at night was horrible and limited. Check out time is at 10 AM and the staff waits by your door at that time.

We loved it and hope to come back with more family some day!

We had a wonderful time. My kids didn’t want to leave the property! They enjoyed relaxing by the pool and all the other fun amenities!

The only complaint I may have if I had to pick is our room seemed very dark but other than that it was clean as could be and we all had plenty of room and it was amazing!

Time went too fast, and we were not able to experience all the all the amenities, We will be back!

Swimming Pool - I have grandkids I was visiting in the area. They loved the pool most

OK - one thing. We checked in after dark. Finding our way from the reception center to our building - which would have been a 2 minute walk - was hard to find. More visible signage or lights making the signs more visible would be nice
