The accomodation and staff were excellent. Friendsly helpful people, especially Eve. The room was very comfortable. A +
I went in the staff parking by mistake. It wasn't clear that I should go into the entrance with the gate arm and press the red button. It was easily remedied and staff were very attentive and helpful. I notified staff htat the elevator button light did not come on when the car was summoned.
