Location was convenient to many appreciated amenities of the City. Main difficulty was access - there is no pull-off spot for dropping-off or pick-ups. Street parking always full. The check-in was quick and efficient (at 4am), good lifts to room; room was as nice as I'd hoped, generally. Nice first appearance. Clean, ready for me. AC was on. All in order (good staff!). Nice view from 24th floor. Good towels and toiletries. Bathroom worked well. Didn't try TV. WIFI good. Nice kitchenette. Good experience.
Hard to fix this, but the AC is down at the floor-level, so it cools the floor well, and the adjacent bed, but takes a while to get up to the living space. Annoying, but the unit did work well, so I shifted the louvers up best they could go, and it eventually got decent. Watch for the bed-frame corners, could dent a shin.

It had a balcony with an ocean view, dining table and chairs, kitchen facilities and two blocks from the beach.
Air conditioning was inadequate/too small for the room and it was only in the main part and not the bedroom. Wouldn’t want to stay here in the height of summer. There was a ceiling fan and freestanding fan for air flow but we got better circulation with having the sliding doors to the balcony open.
