Pure disgust how people can just steal from others, and not think twice about how this all happy'a.

Bring robbed of 102.00 and never was there ,my grand daughter got the place mixed up with a different one cuz her papa was having surgery and just clicked on then it and we were charged for absolutely nothing,and we don't got that kind of money to give away,it's a very bad neighborhood and we use to stay there along time ago but not since it's not safe for females, anyway I called y'all right back after the mistake was made and was told I couldn't get it back so we ended up sleeping in a tall back chair at the uams hospital near papas room, very disappointed and broke because of this

Can’t say enough about the goodness of the people running it were, TRY THIS PLACE!

The staff were actually the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. The night staff were friendly, kind, and even gave me an cold beer they had on hand when I asked how far I would have to walk to get a convenient store. Then the next night, one of the managers took me to a nearby store. I have never had a hotel staff treat me so kindly. They were very professional, but they all felt like old friends. I almost never write reviews, but this staff/owners/managers were so kind, open, helpful, and friendly, that I wanted to write a special review. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room worked well, which is a rare find in hotels in this price range. Someone who lives in Little Rock suggested I change my reservation, because they felt it wasn’t the best part of town to stay in. However, I found the place so well maintained, friendly, and quiet (despite being near a highway) that I plan to stay there on my next visit. Big thanks to Harvey and Kinjal. Best hotel hosts I have ever had!

A good experience and especially for the price.

This was a surprise experience for the money. Very clean and I can't say enough about how friendly the guy at the front desk was!

The coffee pot/coffee in the room. Made very weak coffee. It is a cheesy pot BUT the front desk is just a walk away and fresh coffee there at 6am.

OK hotel, frugal place to stay, but next time, I think I'll pay a little more and stay somewhere els

It seemed to be clean. The shower worked properly. The TV was OK.

There was no coffee maker in the room. The TV seemed to be missing channels. It is very close to I-630 and the noise from traffic frequently permeated the room. I was frequently disturbed by police sirens.

No frills room with a convenient location

Location is excellent for going to the hospital Beds were clean and comfortable

There was a broken ac sitting right outside our door on the floor. The door was difficult to open and close. We stayed 2 nights but only had towels for 1 and getting food delivered took 2 hours, several places we called said they wouldn't deliver there even though they were less than 3 miles away.(Not the hotel's fault)

Our stay was very peaceful and I enjoyed the comfortable room.

Pleasant

staff was straight I would love to have room 112 again when I visit again .

I didn’t like that when you stay two night they don’t clean up the room or give fresh towels .

Such a nice, quiet, and pleasant stay. Like I said, I'd stay there again should need arise.

I didn't eat breakfast, but I'm sure it was cleanly served and good. My room was exceptionably clean-looking and comfortable. Staff was very nice, answered all my questions about directions to certain places. And almost above everything else, the place was quiet. I considered my stay there to be AWESOME!!!

Only thing I can think of is the price--just about everything is too high now. But the Garden Inn and Suites on 8th was a swell place, and I'd stay there in a royal minute if I need to go to Little Rock for another overnighter. Only other drawback would be the surrounds near the Garden Inn grounds. Properties in the neighborhood looked neglected somewhat--but Garden Inn and Suites was anything but. The folks running it are doing a great job!

Exceptional staff.

The staff went above and beyond to mail me something I forgot in my room. These are good people!

nothing I got a hotel for my boyfriend and they literally wouldn’t let him stay there so that was all my money down the drain and I got no refund or anything 10/10 do not recommend

Great value, convenient to the venue, we were there for a concert, 5 mins away- Simmons Arena

The gentlemen at the front desk was great, very friendly, very helpful with suggestions about attractions, locations, etc.

Very good

Friendly & efficient check-in. Clean & comfortable room with hot shower. There was loud foot noise overhead all evening (a child running back and forth for 4 hours) so we called the desk at 11:10 pm and they took care of it for us and we had a good sleep. Not a fancy place but good value. Room 108 is in a corner with a window into the walkway, so no natural light. Not a problem for our short stay.

The coffee maker uses those coffee bags (like a tea bag) which produces brown water with a hint of coffee. An electric kettle with instant coffee would deliver far superior coffee and tea with less waste.
