Wanted it over with

Bed was comfortable

Bath tub would not drain. Sink was stopped up. Breakfast was the worst. A waffle maker plugged in and hot but no waffle mix. What the heck? No bread for toast, no fruit, the only meat offered was a fake piece of sausage on a croissant. I’ve had much better selections at other cheaper hotels

Grandkids ranked it as a 5 out of 5. I agree with them!

Check in clerk went out of her way to be helpful! When a large group checked in on our floor for a concert, (she felt they might be excited/maybe a little loud when they came back) and she knew we had to be up early the next morning for a tournament, she called me, giving us the option to move to another floor that might be quieter. Because of that, we were able to get the sleep we needed, while the large group were able to have a good time going back and forth between rooms. :)

clogged sink and toilet, issue was resolved staff followed up simple resolution. room comfortable, clean,and nice. Great staff all around. great service would be my go to stay for little rock.

I'd stay again but not until the renovations are done!

The location is great for easy access to the better parts of Little Rock.

The hotel is under a "forced renovation" due to a water incident. That was a surprise upon checking in. I have stayed at many properties that were being renovated and that doesn't bother me. However, there were many amenities not available. I wished that my stay wasn't at full rate since I was only getting about 3/4 of a stay. The staff was professional and friendly. The area became a little sketchy after dark. The Motel 6 two hotels down, had a large group of people camping in the parking lot. The hotel was well lit but they locked the doors at dusk.

My overall stay wasn’t pleasant. The room was too small and it wasn’t what I booked. The overall location was good

I liked the location of the property.

I booked the Queen double room suite. The beds were full size not queen. There was only one tv and it was in the living room. The bathtub was dirty and rusted at the bottom, and water didn’t get hot. When asked for extra towels I was told that they didn’t have any.

Very good bang for your buck.

Good location, nice staff day n night, room didn’t have any weird smells in it like most hotels. Very spacious and comfortable.

The price of the hotel was 160 and When I booked it the price was only 135. Not that big of a deal but I was expecting to pay less. The cleaning staff kept tryna come into the room before checkout time.

The young man at the front desk was nice.

Our bed had a fingernail and chips in it. We left. It also smelled like marijuana on the 2nd floor.

Daughter had fun in the pool.

The room was dank and moist. There was a mold spot above the lamp, the fold out bed mattress was falling apart.

Disappointing

Great price for a room for 6 people!

The pictures and ratings online had prepared me for a pleasant stay, but I was disappointed as soon as I drove up. We came from out of state so we did not know the area very well, but it became clear to us that we did not pick the best side of town to stay in. There was a broken down car in the parking lot that the receptionist mentioned was just left there randomly and had to be towed. Based on the type of people we saw I’ll just say that I would not bring my wife and children to stay there again. The hotel smelled like drugs. The bath tub was clogged with hair. Overall I was grateful for a place to stop and rest on a road trip and thankfully we did not have any issues, but the 8.0 rating on Booking.com was severely misleading!
