The location was close enough to Flathead Lake and Glacier NP that we could see much of the area while paying less than most of the not-even-as-nice hotels in Kalispell. This friendly hotel offers a wonderful restaurant (really great salmon dishes!), an outstanding, large outdoor hot tub, and one of the best bartenders around. We loved having dinner and breakfast in the restaurant with its view of the wetlands and the mountains beyond. I can see why this area is a birder’s paradise.
Thank you for having an adults-only hot tub policy after 8 pm. Not enough hotels can seem to do that. I also appreciate how dog-friendly you were!
We were comfortable and it was amazingly quiet even in the dog-friendly rooms facing the highway. When you can — I would say update the bedding on that side of the hotel. I’m not talking about a major problem here at all — just thinking that even better beds exist that don’t move so much when someone gets up.
