it’s an ok stay… I May reconsider coming back..

Few steps from the Bus station, where you can catch the bus from/to Haneda International Airport. Mc Donald, KFC, 7 eleven, and lots of local groceries in the surrounding area. A/C is fantastic!

It didn’t have an exhaust in the tiniest bathroom ever;) you have maneuver well to get in and out so you don’t get stuck between the toilet bowl and the bathroom door. Bed is rock hard, what can I say, I’m used to Japanese hard beds but this one is firmer. had to use the duvets cover to add cushioning for my 9year old’s bed.

It was alright.

It was easy to check in, there's a drink bar, and it's close to the station.

I read that "breakfast is provided" so we assumed that it came with the room. Apparently, it's just "general information". We found this quite misleading, so it might be better to rephrase this to something like "the hotel has breakfast for an additional fee". Additionally, the staff that explained this misunderstanding was not very friendly.

Great budget option for a Disney visit.

Great location for Disneyland or Disneysea. A bus leaves from the bus station about 150m from the hotel. It cost 320 yen each way and takes 15-20 mins. Fantastic! It is actually as easy as staying at a Disney resort and getting their buses, and saved us a fortune. Clean room, bed very hard and not comfortable. They only gave us 1 pillow each, we had to go and ask for another. Apart from that a small room with a small double bed, but this was as expected for the price. Very clean, newly refurbished and great central location with lots of shops and food outlets around you. We had a late night so paid for another day to get an evening check out. Cafe area downstairs had free coffee machine in it and a place to eat. It was often busy so I did not really use it. They also offered breakfast. There is a McDonalds and lots of other food options 2 mins from the hotel so we ate from there.

The hotel was really near from the Kasai Station, and it only took 2 mins. It’s easy to find, and there are pharmacy, convenience store, and family restaurant around the hotel. From Kasai station, there are buses which goes to Disney resort, so it was convenient.

There was no mirror on dressing table, and used full length mirror which was located next to the room door. That was a little inconvenient, but that’s it. (and a staff seemed a little tired and a bit cool to other costumers. but others were really nice.)

GREAT location for Disneyland

This is a VERY convenient location for Disneyland. A bus to Disneyland stops near the hotel. There is a supermarket, convenience store, pharmacy, and restaurant right next to the hotel. Plus, there's an all-you-can-drink softdrink and alcohol area included in the hotel at no extra charge! It ends at 9pm so I couldn't participate, but that was a nice feature of the hotel.

Great value and close to Disney

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Laundry facility available. Bus service to Disneyland and DisneySea available close by, as well as subway/train stations.

Room and bathroom were a bit small, but manageable, and there was 3 of us. The staff were friendly, but when I asked about currency exchange, they seemed confused and only said Banks could do it. As a hotel for international travelers, staff should know what is around their area.
