Location was nice, good view. Nice to have a restaurant next to stay. Really enjoyed talking with the young lady working the morning we were leaving. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Lack of communication, had to ask for things that we needed, towels, more coffee.
Did not like the stairs climb to the rooms in the main building. Things were dusty and dirty in room.

Everything! A lovely peaceful setting. Cabin was adorable. Lots of extra little touches. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the location was beautiful. very quiet and the location was perfect for getting into the west gate of Yellowstone
I thought we were going to be in a cabin but instead were out upstairs in the lodge. we had to drag all our luggage for two plus two dogs up the stairs. the staff were kind enough to help us but it was a bit much after a long drive day
