I have steayed here previously. It is an older facility but it is clean and meets my budget. Easy in and easy out. Nice people. I would book it again.
The carpet could use a good scrubbing. A lot of traffic and I don't think it had been really deep cleaned for a while. The air conditioner was older and a little noisy but all to be expected at this price point.

Great value, great location. Perfect for a fishing trip. The fridge was handy. It also had a small range for cooking and a microwave.
Needs updated. The A/C ran all the time and was noisy. The beds were not comfortable for me, although I realize that's personal preference.

The property was adequate. Location good for my purposes.
Beds squishy During a downpour water poured in through the air conditioner. Slight smell of mold.
