Heart of downtown, beautiful hotel. The staff was absolutely kind above and beyond, helped us with any issues that we found.
The elevators were beyond slow and there were many events going on the same day as our check-in so check-in was later than it states on the website and once we got to our room, we found small blood stains on the sheets made me worried that they did not clean the rooms correctly. I do wish breakfast or parking was included for the cost of the room.

He location to everything.
Considering this is an upper end hotel getting double charged for my stay when it was paid in full 5 days prior to my stay and now having to wait 7 days because they can’t move forward with the refund on the double charge then knowing it takes 10 days to process is very unprofessional for a business in my opinion. Most likely will never stay at this hotel again considering I paid 100 for parking for two nights never received a call from the manager. To me seems they do not really care about a mistake that’s happened on the hotels end.
